针对随钻测量过程中钻井液脉冲信号识别困难的问题,在分析钻井液脉冲信号的产生原理及噪声特性的基础上,通过研究信号波形特征属性和信号相似度,建立了基于可信度分析的钻井液脉冲信号识别方法。根据该方法设计的钻井液脉冲信号识别原型系统能够实现灵活多变的交互式控制、动态参数调整和处理过程可视化实时呈现,在真实数据模拟中获得了很好的效果。基于可信度分析的钻井液脉冲信号识别方法有较好的适应性,可以准确、智能地识别复杂矿场环境中的真实信号波形,为随钻测量工作的顺利进行提供了技术支撑。
Targeting the difficulties of mud pulse signal identification in the process of measuring while drilling (MWD),and based on the analysis of the generation principle of mud pulse signal and the noise characteristics,a mud pulse signal identification method based on credibility analysis was established by means of studying the signal waveform characteristic attributes and signal similarity.The prototype of a mud pulse signal identification system designed according to this method enables a flexible interactive control.It also does a dynamic parameter adjustment and real-time visualization of processing process,and has achieved good effects in field application of MWD.With a good adaptability,such method can identify the real signal waveforms in a complex field environment accurately and intelligently to provide technical support for smooth MWD operations.
