摘要
为解决深潜山阳探1井钻井中存在的深部地层可钻性差、存在异常高压地层、井壁易失稳、易井斜等技术难点,提高钻井速度,加快勘探进程,开展了钻井提速技术研究。针对地层特征和钻井技术难点,进行了井身结构优化设计、井位预移+方向造斜技术、古近系深层个性化PDC钻头设计与优选、简易控压钻井技术和聚胺KCl钻井液技术的研究,形成了钻井提速综合配套技术。阳探1井顺利达到钻探目的层,三开段平均井径扩大率仅为1.8%,与邻井相比,复杂时效由5.4%降为0,平均机械钻速提高了39.86%,钻井周期缩短了40.20%,建井周期缩短了44.19%,提速效果突出。研究结果表明,深潜山阳探1井钻井提速技术是实现饶阳凹陷深潜山井优快钻井的有效技术手段,可进一步推广应用。
Abstract
During the drilling of Well Yangtan 1 in a deep buried hill, some technical difficulties were encountered, such as poor drillability, abnormal-pressure, sidewall instability and well deviation. In order to solve these problems, studies were conducted on ROP improvement to increase drilling speed and accelerate exploration process. Based on the stratigraphic characteristics and technical difficulties, a series of ROP improvement techniques were comprehensively developed, including casing program optimization, well location shift and directional whipstocking, PDC bit design and selection specially for deep Paleogene, easy pressure control drilling, and polyamine potassium chloride drilling fluid. After this system was applied in the field, the drilling target was reached smoothly, with average hole diameter enlargement rate 1.8% in the third section of drilling. And compared with the adjacent wells, there was noticeable improvement in drilling speed, with efficiency reduction from 5.4% to 0, average ROP increase by 39.86%, drilling cycle reduction by 40.20%, and hole construction cycle reduction by 44.19%. It indicated that ROP improvement techniques used in Well Yangtan 1 in deep buried hill were effective to achieve optimal and fast drilling in deep buried hills in the Raoyang Sag and worthy of wide applications.
