Key Techniques for Using Multi-Functional Liner Hanger

随着深井、超深井、水平井、高温高压井等复杂井越来越多,固井施工的难度越来越大,常规尾管固井工具及工艺难以满足现场需求。为解决复杂井况下的固井技术难题,研制了新型多功能尾管悬挂器,设计了旋转机构、坐挂机构、液压丢手、顶部封隔等多个功能模块,并采用有限元方法对关键部件进行仿真分析,优化了各功能模块的结构和参数。计算和地面试验证明,各功能模块的性能、功能及技术参数符合设计要求。多功能尾管悬挂器在涠洲 WZ6-12-A3S 井进行了现场试验,结果表明,该尾管悬挂器对现场复杂井况具有较强的适应能力和可靠性。
With the development of drilling deep,ultra-deep,horizontal,and HPHT wells,more challenges in cementing have occurred,conventional liner cementing tools and technique have difficulty meeting the new requirements.To solve complex problems in cementing,a new type of multi-functional liner hanger was manufactured,which included rotary mechanism,setting device,hydraulic release and top packer etc,and the finite element method was used to simulate some key components to optimize structure and parameters.Calculation and tests show that all parts can meet the needs of designing performance,function and parameters.The paper showed that multi-functional liner hanger used in the Well WZ6-12-A3S,has powerful adaptability in complex down-hole conditions.
