塔河油田超深定向井钻井主要使用聚磺混油钻井液,该钻井液虽然能满足超深定向井的钻井要求,但无法满足环境保护和油气层保护的要求。因此,以阳离子乳液聚合物钻井液为基础,通过引入磺化材料提高其抗温性,加入KCl提高其抑制性,优选出了KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液。室内性能评价表明,KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液的高温润滑性、抑制性、稳定性与聚磺混油钻井液相当。现场应用表明,KCl-阳离子乳液聚磺钻井液能够满足塔河油田超深定向井的携岩、防塌、润滑和环保要求,可以替代聚磺混油钻井液,同样也适用于与塔河油田地质特征相似的超深定向井。
Polymer-sulfonate oil-mixed drilling fluid was used in ultra-deep directional wells in Tahe Oilfield.Although this drilling fluid can meet the requirement of ultra-deep directional drilling,it is unable to satisfy the requirements of environment and reservoir protection.Therefore,on the basis of cationic emulsion polymer drilling fluid,KCl-cationic emulsion polymer-sulfonate drilling fluid was selected by introducing sulfonated material to improve the temperature resistance,adding KCl to improve its inhibitory properties.Laboratory performance evaluation showed that KCl-cationic emulsion polymer-sulfonate drilling fluid was similar with polymer-sulfonate oil-mixed drilling fluid in high temperature lubricity,inhibition and stability.Practical application showed KCl-cationic emulsion polymer-sulfonate drilling fluid could satisfy the requirements of cutting carrying,anti-sloughing,lubrication,and environmental protection of ultra-deep directional wells in Tahe Oilfield,replaced polymer-sulfonate oil-mixed drilling fluid,and was suitable for ultra-deep directional wells in similar geological conditions with Tahe Oilfield.
