石蜡纳米乳液的性能影响因素及低能乳化法制备

目前所生产的石蜡纳米乳液粒度分布较宽,稳定性较差,能耗较高。因此,从节能和稳定性方面出发,研究低能条件下石蜡纳米乳液的制备具有现实意义。通过室内试验研究了表面活性剂的HLB值、表面活性剂含量、乳化温度、白油与石蜡质量比、无机盐加量等因素对石蜡纳米乳液性能的影响。根据石蜡纳米乳液性能影响因素研究结果,结合低能乳化法的特点,兼顾成本因素,确定了制备石蜡纳米乳液时的表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂A1和A2,最佳乳化条件为:白油、石蜡、表面活性剂和水的质量比为2∶2∶1∶5,乳化温度75 ℃,乳化时间30 min;给出了具体的石蜡纳米乳液低能乳化制备方法。对用低能乳化法制备的石蜡纳米乳液进行了性能评价,结果表明,采用低能乳化法制备的石蜡纳米乳液具有较好的抑制性、优异的润滑性、良好的保护油层效果,及对钻井液性能影响很小等优点。
The size distribution of current industrial production of nano-emulsion is very wide,this product consumes high energy and the emulsification is not much sufficient,and its stability is very poor.The study of paraffin nano-emulsion with low-energy emulsification is more important from the viewpoints of energy saving and good stability.This paper studied the preparation process and properties of paraffin nano-emulsions,and some influencing factors of emulsification,such as surfactant’s HLB values and types,surfactant dosages,emulsification temperature,ration of water and oil mixture,and inorganic salt concentration etc.according to the results of influencing factor of nano-emulsion preparation,taking into account the low energy emulsification feature and cost saving,the best emulsifiers had been optimized as the mixture of two kinds of non-ionic surfactants A1 and A2,the best emulsification conditions as white oil∶paraffin∶surfactants mixture=2∶2∶1∶5,emulsification temperature 75℃,and emulsification period 30min,the optimized emulsification method was recommended.The performance evaluation results of paraffin nano-emulsion with low-energy emulsification showed that,the paraffin nano-emulsion had good performance,such as preferable inhibition,outstanding lubrication,favorable reservoir protection,and little effect on the apparent property of drilling fluids.
