海上某油田污水用铁离子稳定剂的研究与应用

Research and Application of Ferrous Ion Stabilizer for An Offshore Oilfield Sewage

海上某油田污水管线铁离子含量超标,水体发黑,污水流程管线发现大量黑色垢样。通过对垢样成分分析发现,垢样主要成分为硫化亚铁。为稳定注水水质,减轻管线结垢,开展了铁离子沉积化学防治技术研究。该文介绍了一种新的生产污水用铁离子稳定剂评价方法,并使用抗环血酸钠减轻空气中的氧气对铁离子稳定剂评价效果的影响。优选几种铁离子稳定剂,其中TW-5起效浓度30 mg/L,加量50 mg/L时,样品溶液保持澄清透明。现场应用表明,TW-5具有改善注水水质,抑制水体发黑,防止硫化亚铁沉淀产生的效果。
The content of ferrous ion is exceeded in the sewage pipeline of an offshore oilfield. The sewage turned black, and a large amount of black scale was found in the sewage pipeline. Component analysis experiment results show that the main components of the scale is ferrous sulfide. In order to stabilize the quality of injection water and reduce pipeline scaling, chemical control of iron deposition was conducted. This paper introduces a new evaluation method of ferrous ion stabilizer for production water. And sodium ascorbate is used to reduce the influence of oxygen in the evaluation effect of ferrous ion stabilizer. Several kinds of ferrous ion stabilizer are optimized. Among them, 30 mg/L of TW-5 is effective, and the solution remains clear and transparent when 50 mg/L of TW-5 is added. Field test shows that TW-5 can improve the water injection quality and inhibit the blackening of the water, as well as prevent the precipitation of ferrous sulfide.
