摘要
百色探区那读组地层破碎,易水化膨胀垮塌,井壁失稳导致钻井周期长。为有效降低复杂时间,提高钻井速度,在坤页AHF井钻井中,采用油基钻井液体系、个性化钻头+高效螺杆+随钻地质导向+强化参数钻井、轨迹控制技术、破碎性地层取心等系列技术,安全高效地完成了坤页AHF井施工,实钻机械钻速最快达15.05 m/h,比邻井坤8-6HF井机械钻速提高5.02倍。该井提速系列技术的成功应用,为百色地区页岩油后续井优快钻井提供有效的参考和借鉴。
Abstract
The formation in Nadu Formation of Baise exploration area is broken, which is easy to hydrate, expand and collapse, and the wellbore instability leads to long drilling cycle. In order to effectively reduce complex time and improve drilling speed, during the drilling of Well Kunye AHF, a series of technologies, such as oil-based drilling fluid system, personalized bit + high-efficiency screw + geosteering while drilling + enhanced parameter drilling, trajectory control technology and coring in fractured formation, were adopted to complete the construction of Well Kunye AHF safely and efficiently. The fastest penetration rate of actual drilling reached 15.05 m/h, which was 5.02 times higher than that of neighboring Well Kun 8-6HF. The successful application of this series of speed-up technologies provides an effective reference for excellent and fast drilling of shale oil follow-up wells in Baise area.
