东海油气田油基钻井液体系评价及现场措施优化

针对东海地区使用水基钻井液作业过程中出现的井眼清洁难度高、井下复杂情况多发、储层保护难度大等问题,引入了MO-DRILL油基钻井液。室内对适合于东海地区特点的油基钻井液体系进行了优化并进行了相应的评价。室内评价及现场应用效果表明,油基钻井液具有良好的流变性能、抑制性能和储层保护性能,在东海应用效果较好。同时针对应用过程中存在的井眼清洁、易井漏等部分问题,提出了优化油基钻井液流变参数、增强封堵、防止漏失和优化工程参数等相关措施,使其进一步满足东海油气田安全高效开发的需要。
MO-DRILL oil-based drilling fluid was introduced to solve the problems of high difficulty in hole cleaning, frequent downhole complications and difficult reservoir protection during the operation of water-based drilling fluid in East China Sea. The oil-based drilling fluid system suitable for the characteristics of East China Sea is optimized and evaluated indoors. Laboratory evaluation and field application results show that the oil-based drilling fluid has good rheological properties, inhibition properties and reservoir protection properties, and has good application effect in East China Sea. At the same time, in view of the problems of hole cleaning and lost circulation in the application process, relevant measures such as optimizing the rheological parameters of oil-based drilling fluid, enhancing plugging, preventing leakage and optimizing engineering parameters are proposed to further meet the needs of safe and efficient development of oil and gas fields in East China Sea.
