摘要
常规海上钻井作业,表层钻进往往使用无环境损伤添加剂的海水膨润土浆作为钻井液,钻井液和返出岩屑直接进行排海处理,但随着环保要求的日益严格,要求海水膨润土浆与所钻岩屑也要进行全回收。然而,常规的海上钻井表层井口装置多为非封闭型,而且井口装置制作效率低、作业风险高、稳定性差,基于此,设计研发了一种新型隔水管快装井口装置。该装置利用卡瓦以及BT密封圈(BT密封为一种辅助密封方式)实现对隔水导管的连接与密封,安装简单且具有良好的密封效果。通过对比常规井口装置与新型井口装置安装工序的时间,新型快装井口安装简单,并且降低了热工作业时间,单井口安装时间由23 h降至2.25 h,作业时效提升近10倍。在垦利16-1油田应用后,大幅提高了作业时效,节省了钻井成本。
Abstract
In conventional offshore drilling operations, surface drilling often uses seawater bentonite slurry without environmental damage additives as drilling fluid, drilling fluid and returned cuttings are directly discharged into the sea. But with the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, it is required that the seawater bentonite slurry and the drilled cuttings should also be fully recovered. However, the conventional surface wellhead devices for offshore drilling are mostly non-closed, and the wellhead device has low production efficiency, high operation risk and poor stability. Based on this, a new type of riser quick installation wellhead device is designed and developed. The device uses slips and BT seals (BT seal is an auxiliary sealing method) to realize the connection and sealing of the riser, which is simple to install and has a good sealing effect. By comparing the installation time of the conventional wellhead device with that of the new wellhead device, the new quick-fitting wellhead is easy to install and reduces the thermal operation time. The installation time of a single wellhead is reduced from 23 h to 2.25 h, and the operation timeliness is increased by nearly 10 times. After the application in Kenli 16-1 oilfield, the operation efficiency is greatly improved and the drilling cost is saved.
