生产流程中乳化液的生成、聚集是一个复杂的、多因素共同作用的结果,需要综合分析处理介质、药剂、工艺流程等。某海上油田二级分离器内部乳化液聚集,严重影响生产流程的稳定,有必要查找乳化液生成、聚集的原因,采取措施予以解决。破乳剂是原油脱水常用的一种药剂,能够加速油、水分离,但如果使用不当反而会促进乳化液的生成。该文利用油田自身资源,通过调整流程运行温度、提高二级分离器运行压力等措施解决生产流程波动的问题,为油田现场消除乳化液影响提供了可借鉴的方法。
The generation and accumulation of emulsion in the production process is a complex and multi-factor result, which requires a comprehensive analysis of treatment mediums, chemicals, production process, etc. The stability of the production process in an offshore oilfield is seriously affected by the accumulation of emulsion in the secondary separator. It is necessary to find out the causes of the formation and aggregation of emulsion and take measures to solve them. Demulsifier is a kind of chemicals commonly used for crude oil dehydration, which can accelerate the separation of oil and water, but improper use will promote the generation of emulsion. In this paper, the problem of production process fluctuation is solved by adjusting the operation temperature of the process and increasing the operation pressure of the secondary separator, which provides a reference method for eliminating the influence of emulsion on the oilfield site.
