摘要
随着地质油藏开发的需要以及海上钻井技术的稳步发展,海上钻井呈现多靶点、轨迹复杂等特点,电缆作业风险随之增大。东海某井在8.5 in井段顺利完钻,鉴于该井为三维反扣井,井眼轨迹较为复杂,因此优化裸眼电测方案:第一趟声波电缆测井,第二趟中子+密度电缆测井,第三趟测压电缆测井。在裸眼电缆测井第二趟中子+密度测井复测数据时,仪器遇卡,遇卡深度2 785 m,鱼顶深度2 769 m。鉴于井下仪器带有放射源,最终确定采用穿心打捞方式组织打捞作业,并成功捞获落鱼,出井仪器完整,放射源安全出井。该文详细阐述了仪器遇卡和打捞作业过程,为后续同类型或类似钻完井作业提供参考,为今后类似井下复杂情况提供借鉴。
Abstract
With the needs of geological reservoir development and the steady development of offshore drilling technology, offshore drilling is characterized by multi-target and complex trajectory, and the risk of cable operation increases accordingly. A well in East China Sea was successfully completed in the 8.5 inch well section. In view of the fact that the well is a three-dimensional backtracking well and the borehole trajectory is relatively complex, the open hole electrical logging scheme is optimized: the first acoustic cable logging, the second neutron+density cable logging, and the third piezometric cable logging. During the second neutron+density logging retest data of open hole wireline logging, the instrument was stuck at a depth of 2785 meters and a fish-top depth of 2769 meters. In view of the fact that the downhole instruments have radioactive sources, it is finally determined that the fishing operation is organized by means of the core piercing fishing, and the fish is successfully caught. The instruments are completely and safely pulled out of the well, as well as the radioactive sources. This paper describes in detail the process of instrument jamming and fishing operation, providing reference for the subsequent drilling and completion of the same type or similar wells, and providing reference for similar downhole complex situations in the future.
