东海某大斜度井打捞落井钻具失败的若干认识和启发

东海某大斜度井A1井在ϕ311.15 mm井眼完钻后发生了卡钻事故，爆炸切割后在上层套管内进行了侧钻，侧钻井眼完钻后又发生了断钻具事故，经过多次打捞，均以失败告终。该文从钻具组合、施工参数、软件模拟等方面简述钻具断落后打捞处理过程、分析打捞失败的原因，对该区域类似井钻井施工及事故预防及处理提出了合理化建议，可以为同类地层钻井施工以及井况处理、打捞工具及打捞方式选择提供一定的启发和借鉴。

A highly deviated well-Well A1 in East China Sea had a stuck-pipe after its ϕ311.15 mm borehole was drilled. After an explosion, a sidetrack operation was made in the upper casing. After the sidetrack borehole was drilled, the drill string was broken. Many times of fishing ended in failure. From the aspects of fishing assembly, operation parameters and software simulation, this paper briefly describes the process of fishing operation after drill string breakage, and analyzes the causes of fishing failure. Some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the drilling operation, the accident prevention and treatment of similar wells in this region. It can give some inspiration and reference for drilling operation, well condition treatment, fishing tools and fishing method selection in similar formations.
