海上导管架生产平台井喷失控会造成巨大的人员伤亡、财产损失和环境污染。该文阐述国内外浅水井喷失控处置现状，分析导管架生产平台井喷失控处置的难点，提出针对性的井喷失控处置方案，涵盖消防喷淋、井场勘察、清障、重建井口、救援井、压井六项技术措施，为今后导管架平台的井控抢险作业提供技术指导。

The out-of-control blowout of offshore jacket production platform will cause huge casualties, property losses and environmental pollution. This paper describes the status quo of the treatment of out-of-control shallow-water blowout at home and abroad, analyzes the difficulties in the treatment of out-of-control blowout on jacket production platform, and puts forward a targeted out-of-control blowout treatment plan, which covers six technical measures, including fire sprinkler, well site survey, obstacle removal, reconstruction of wellhead, relief well, and well killing, providing technical guidance for future jacket platform well control and rescue operations.
