东海致密天然气开发管理模式探讨

东海致密天然气资源丰富，要实现经济有效开发，面临技术突破和大幅度降本两个方面的问题。目前东海致密气藏的开发，技术上尚处于探索阶段，可以通过创新开发管理模式的探索，快速获得新技术和大幅度降低开发成本。笔者在分析国内外低渗致密油气成功开发经验的基础上，提出通过组建战略联盟或联合经营模式进行合作开发，采用风险租金商务模式提高效益。结合东海致密气合作探索过程的分析，建议在东海某深部致密气藏建立合作开发试验区，进行技术和经济障碍的攻关，实现规模经济有效开发。

The East China Sea is rich in tight natural gas resources. To achieve economic and effective development, it faces two problems in terms of technological breakthroughs and substantial cost reductions. At present, the development of tight gas reservoirs in the East China Sea is still in the exploratory stage technically. Through the exploration of innovative development management model, new technology can be obtained quickly and development costs can be greatly reduced. Based on the analysis of successful development experience of low-permeability and tight oil and gas at home and abroad, the author proposes to form strategic alliances or joint business models for cooperative development, and use a risky rent business model to improve benefits. Combined with the analysis of the tight gas cooperative exploration process in the East China Sea, it is recommended to establish a cooperative development test zone in a deep tight gas reservoir in the East China Sea to tackle technical and economic obstacles and achieve effective development of economies of scale.
