Application of Suspended Sidetracking Technology with Under Sized Bit in Bohai Oilfield

悬空侧钻技术是在部分老井眼的基础上,从侧钻点开始偏离老井眼,进行新井眼的钻进。常规悬空侧钻主要为同尺寸钻头侧钻,欠尺寸钻头在大尺寸井眼内侧钻应用较少,侧钻成功的标志也略有不同。针对欠尺寸钻头悬空侧钻的难点与侧钻过程中钻井参数、马达造斜率、地层承压试验的分析与研究,总结出了欠尺寸、无轨迹预留、短距离、常规马达钻具悬空侧钻的成功标志,解决了欠尺寸钻头悬空侧钻的难题。该次侧钻的成功实施,为后续非常规侧钻作业提供了技术参考。
Suspended sidetracking technology is based on some old wellbores, deviating from the old borehole from the sidetracking point and drilling the new borehole. Conventional suspended sidetracking is mainly used for sidetracking with the same size bit. Under-size bits are rarely used for drilling inside large boreholes, and the signs of successful sidetracking are slightly different. Analysis and research on the difficulties of under size bit sidetracking and drilling parameters, motor build-up rate and formation pressure test during sidetracking process, the success marks of under size bit, without trajectory reservation, short distance and conventional motor drilling tools suspended sidetracking are summarized, and the problems of under sized bit suspended sidetracking are solved. The successful implementation of sidetracking provides a technical reference for subsequent unconventional sidetracking operations.
