摘要
南海WX勘查区涠二段与流二段地层属于易坍塌地层,井壁容易失稳垮塌,为保证在该区域安全高效地钻井和高收益地开发,所用钻井液体系必须同时解决储层保护和井壁坍塌问题。该文首先对该区域曾经所用钻井液体系进行了分析总结,然后对甲酸盐和聚合醇的防塌抑制性以及二者的协同效应进行了理论分析与实验研究。研究表明:甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液体系具有良好的防塌抑制性和润滑减阻效果,并且固相含量低,有利于储层保护,尽管价格昂贵,但是通过回收加以再利用可以在一定程度上解除这一不利因素对其使用的限制,钻井与综合的经济效益优异。推荐在WZ油田储层段开发钻井中采用甲酸盐聚合醇钻井液体系。
Abstract
The Wei Ⅱ and Liu Ⅱ section of WX exploration area in South China Sea are easy to collapse, the well wall is prone to instability and collapse. In order to ensure the safe,efficient drilling and the high-yield development in this region. The drilling fluid system must simultaneously solve the reservoir protection and the collapse of wellbore wall. In this paper, firstly, the drilling fluid system used in the area was analyzed and summarized, and then the theoretical analysis and experimental research on the anti-sloughing inhibition of formate and polymer alcohol and the synergistic effect between the two were carried out. The research shows that: formate polymer polyol drilling fluid system has good anti-sloughing inhibition, lubrication and drag reduction effects, and the solid content is low, which is conducive to reservoir protection. Despite the high prices, it can be recycled and used, and the drilling comprehensive benefit is excellent. It is recommended to use the formate polymer polyol drilling fluid system in the reservoir interval of WZ oilfield.
