摘要
随着勘探开发一体化深入进行,西湖凹陷探井在深部地层钻进过程中面临着平湖组地层可钻性差、机械钻速低、钻头磨损严重、钻头更换频繁等难题,传统提速工具难以有效实现提速提效、缩短工期。新速通公司研发的一体化复合冲击器提速工具,通过将钻井液流压转换为轴向和周向的高频机械冲击,在减弱黏滑效应的同时,将冲击能量传给PDC钻头实现瞬间冲击破岩。该工具有效地提高破岩效率,延长钻头使用寿命,在西湖凹陷不同区域尤其是平北地区取得了良好的效果,3 500 m以深地层机械钻速稳定在10 m/h以上。
Abstract
With the deepening of exploration and development integration, the exploratory wells in Xihu Sag are faced with problems such as poor drillability of Pinghu Formation, low ROP, serious bit wear and frequent bit replacement, etc. during the drilling of deep formations. However, the traditional speed-up tools are difficult to effectively improve the speed and efficiency and shorten the construction period. The Hybrid Percussion Generator developed by SheenStone oil tools company can convert drilling fluid pressure into axial and circumferential high-frequency mechanical impact, which can reduce stick slip effect and transfer impact energy to PDC bit to break rock instantly. It can effectively improve the rock breaking efficiency and prolong the service life of the bit. Good results have been achieved in different areas of Xihu Sag, especially in Pingbei Area. The ROP is stable above 10 m/h in the deep formation of 3 500 m.
