摘要
针对渤海油田在适度防砂井日常生产过程中所面临的井口冲蚀问题,通过结合渤海油田常用采油树类型,建立相应的CFD模型,并采取非均匀结构化网格划分;分析了不同产液量、含砂量及砂粒尺寸对流道冲蚀分布轨迹状态,以确定井口采油树受冲蚀磨损的关键区域。结果表明,出砂含量的增加会加剧采油树内壁特定区域冲蚀范围的集中,出砂粒径变化会导致冲蚀位置及最大冲蚀率产生有规律性的分布。该研究为渤海油田采油树安全检测及现场安全生产管理提供一定的指导意义。
Abstract
Aiming at the wellhead erosion problem caused by the production process of moderate sand control in Bohai oilfield, the corresponding CFD model was established and the non-uniform structured grid dividing was adopted based on the types of oil extraction trees commonly used in Bohai Oilfield. The flow channel erosion track of different fluid production, sand content and sand grain size were analyzed in order to identify the key area of the wellhead Christmas tree subject to erosion. The results show that the increase of sand content will aggravate the concentration of erosion area in the specific area of the inner wall of the tree, and the change of sand production particle size will also lead to the regular distribution of erosion location and maximum erosion rate.This research provides certain guiding significance for the safety inspection of Christmas trees and field safety production management in Bohai Oilfield.
