摘要
渤海某联合供气体系包括6个油气田,供气节点多、气井油水锥进风险大、气候环境恶劣。为调控气量,实施管网区域化管理,以产气能力最大化的原则设置调控中心。气井见水见油后产气能力下降快,通过摸索气井工作制度与油品颜色、产气量的变化规律,得到各阶段气井的临界产气量。针对井筒积液的现象,采用泡排技术,起到排液、增气的效果。通过气井放喷及降压开采的方式,恢复气井产能,延长气井寿命,采收率提高5.5%。建立优化化学药剂注入及定期通球管理制度,预防水化物形成,保证供气体系在冬季环境温度仅−19 ℃时安全生产。
Abstract
There are six oil and gas fields in the combined gas supply system in Bohai Bay, with many gas supply nodes, high risk of oil-water coning in gas wells and bad climate. In order to control the gas flow, regional management of pipe network shall be implemented, and control center shall be set up on the principle of maximizing gas production capacity. The gas production capacity declines rapidly after seeing water and oil. The critical gas production capacity of each stage is obtained by exploring the working system of gas wells, the change rule of oil color and gas production. In view of the phenomenon of fluid accumulation in the wellbore, the bubble drainage technology is adopted to achieve the effects of fluid drainage and gas increase. By means of gas well blowout and depressurization mining, the gas well productivity can be restored, the gas well life can be prolonged, and the recovery factor can be increased by 5.5%. Establish and optimize the management system of chemical medicine injection and regular pass-ball, prevent the formation of hydrate, and ensure the safe production of gas supply system in winter when the ambient temperature is only −19 ℃.
