摘要
海上某钻井平台顶驱是进口设备,该设备经过5年的使用,顶驱齿轮箱轴承跑外圈,轴承座磨损。由于没有齿轮箱的技术参数,文章阐述了齿轮箱技术参数的测量和分析过程,并依据技术标准,确定了齿轮箱的技术参数,并在齿轮箱修理中对技术参数进行了优化,优化了轴承与轴承座的公差配合参数,解决了轴承跑外圈和轴承座磨损的故障问题,提升了设备的承载能力,实现了进口设备的自主修理,在减少设备故障和提高设备使用年限方面进行了有益的尝试。
Abstract
The top drive of an offshore drilling platform is imported. After 5 years of use, bearings of the top drive gear box run on the outer ring, and the bearing seats are worn. Since there are no technical parameters of the gearbox, the paper explains the measurement and analysis process of the technical parameters of the gearbox, and determines the technical parameters of the gearbox according to the technical standards. Besides, the technical parameters are optimized when repairing the gearbox, and the tolerance matching parameters with the bearing seat are improved, which solves the problems of bearings running on the outer ring and the bearing seat wear. It has improved the carrying capacity of the equipment, achieved independent repair of imported equipment and made useful attempts to reduce equipment failures and extend equipment life.
