摘要
为解决海上小型边际油田探明程度低、经济可采储量不确定性大的开发难题，在渤海某边际小油田开发可行性研究与实践中，基于油田整体开发方案研究，以“风险量化”为目标，优化“先导评价井延长测试方案”部署，进而夯实油田开发基础，规避投资决策风险。以此形成一种适用于海上独立含油气构造“一体化”滚动评价开发创新模式。
Abstract
In order to solve the development problems of small offshore marginal oilfields with low proved degree and large uncertainty in economical recoverable reserves, in the feasibility study and practice of the developments of a small marginal oilfield in the Bohai Sea, based on the study of the overall development plan of the oilfield, with the goal of "risk quantitative evaluation", the deployment of "pilot evaluation well extended test plan" was optimized to consolidate the basis of oilfield development and avoid the risks of investment decision. Thus, an innovative development model of "integrated" rolling evaluation for offshore independent oil-bearing structures is formed.
