摘要
支撑剂指数设计方法是在给定的支撑剂量条件下,从油藏的角度出发,以产量最大化为目标,得到最优裂缝参数的一种设计方法,目前已在国内外得到了广泛的应用。疏松砂岩储层压裂充填施工中,受设备能力、岩石物性参数等因素制约,实际裂缝宽度难以达到优化值,导致支撑剂指数优化设计方法与现场应用脱节。通过将施工净压力、岩石物性参数等力学因素引入支撑剂指数压裂设计方法中,在施工能力范围内,以解除储层污染、获得最高产能为目的进行压裂充填裂缝参数优化。优化结果可很好地指导现场作业且与现场贴合程度高,目前已在现场获得了良好的应用。
Abstract
Proppant index fracturing optimization is a method to obtain the optimal fracture parameters from the perspective of the reservoir under the given proppant dose conditions, with the goal of maximizing production, which has been widely used at home and abroad. Due to the constraints of equipment capacity, rock physical parameters and other factors in the unconsolidated sandstone reservoir frac-pack operations, the actual fracture width is smaller than the value optimized by proppant index optimization method, which leads to the disconnection between the optimization and field operation. By introducing the mechanical factors such as net pressure and rock physical parameters into the proppant index optimization method, the frac-pack parameters are optimized under the construction condition to achieve the goal of removing reservoir pollution and obtaining the highest production capacity. The optimization result can guide the field work well and has a high degree of fitting with the field, and has been well applied in the field.
