摘要
自升式钻井平台升降装置(型号：D60H)是从NOV进口的设备(BLM公司制造)，该设备经多年使用，变速箱齿轮存在磨损现象，为了实现进口设备的自主修理和制造，对变速箱齿轮进行了检修探索。经检修施工、齿轮参数测量、齿轮参数的分析与计算，确定了变速箱齿轮的技术参数，填补了这项技术空白，为设备的自主修理和制造提供了依据，为该进口设备的国产化和标准化奠定了基础。
Abstract
Jack-up drilling platform lifting device equipment (TYPE:D60H) is imported from NOV (made by BLM), which has been used for many years, and consequently the gearbox gear is worn. In order to achieve the independent repair and manufacture of imported equipments, we explored the inspection and repair of gearbox gears. Through inspection and repair construction, gear parameter measurement, analysis and calculation of gear parameters, the technical parameters of the gearbox gears are determined, which fills the gap of the technology. It provides a basis for the independent repair and manufacture of equipment, and lays a foundation for the localization and standardization of the imported equipments.
