Research and Application of Drilling Speed-up Technology in Yannan Buried Hill Zone of Liaohe Oilfield

辽河油田燕南潜山带位于辽河滩海东部,古生界、元古界和太古界为油气勘探目的层。该区块地层古老,地质条件复杂,钻井施工中存在古潜山地层易发生井漏、中生界地层易发生井壁失稳、地层倾角大使井眼轨迹难于控制、地层硬度大机械钻速慢等难题。为了实现该区块的优快钻井,针对以上难点,开展了钻井提速技术研究,通过井身结构优化、钻井液体系优选、井眼轨迹控制技术研究及钻井提速工具的优选,形成了适合该区块的钻井提速配套技术。现场应用表明,此文形成的提速技术能够大幅提高燕南潜山带区块的机械钻速,缩短钻井周期,降低钻井成本。
Yannan buried hill zone of Liaohe oilfield is located in the east of Liaohe beach sea. The paleozoic, proterozoic and archean are the target strata for oil and gas exploration. The strata in this block are ancient and the geological conditions are complex. Consequently, there are some difficulties in drilling construction such as the formation of buried hill is prone to well leakage and the borehole wall of Mesozoic strata is prone to instability. Besides, the borehole trajectory is difficult to control caused by the large dip angle and the drilling speed is slow due to the hard formation. In order to realize the optimal and fast drilling in this block. the research on drilling speed-up technology has been carried out. The drilling speed increase supporting technology has been formed with the main measures of well structure optimization, drilling fluid system optimization, borehole trajectory control and the application of drilling speed increase tools. The application shows that the speed-up technology developed in this paper can greatly improve the drilling speed, shorten the drilling time and reduce the drilling cost in Yannan buried hill zone.
