渤海蓬莱油田注水井酸化摩阻的确定及对酸化效果的影响

Determination of Acidizing Friction and Its Influence on Acidizing Effect for Water Injection Wells in Penglai Oilfield of Bohai

由于蓬莱油田注入水水质差,注水井堵塞快,为保证油田注水量需开展大量水井酸化,成本较高,为了降本增效,急需提高酸化技术水平。由于酸化工艺最重要的两个参数是压力和排量,而且酸化摩阻的计算直接影响着酸化压力。结合实例,该文章对酸化摩阻进行了研究,发现传统酸化摩阻按照配注量计算,得到的井口酸化压力是个定值,实际上酸化排量通常比配注量大,导致摩阻计算偏小,酸化压力也会偏小。为此,该文提出了酸化摩阻和井口酸化压力应随酸化排量改变的观点,在实际应用中,水井酸化效果得到明显改善。
Due to the poor quality of injected water in Penglai Oilfield, the water injection wells are plugged quickly. In order to ensure that the oilfield is injected into enough water, a large number of wells are acidified and the cost is high. In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency, the technical level of acidizing needs to be improved continuously. According to the research, the traditional friction of acidizing is calculated according to the injection target so that the acidizing pressure of the wellhead is a definite value. In fact, the displacement of acidizing is generally larger than injection target. As a result, the calculation of friction and actual value are smaller than actual value. For this reason, the article presents a viewpoint that the acidizing friction and the acidizing pressure of the wellhead should be changed with the displacement of acidizing, which has achieved good results for acidizing of water wells in practical applications.
