油气分离器在SZ稠油油田井下电泵机组必要性研究

渤海SZ油田稠油区在人工举升上存在着泵效低、机组运行不稳定的问题。通过分析井下油气分离器在不同条件下的性能,对低气液比条件下井下分离器适用性和必要性进行分析,并针对低气液比油井取消分离器进行可行性论证和对比,确定了可取消分离器的条件,现场应用取得较好效果,研究结果对类似稠油油田在人工举升方面的优化具有借鉴意义。
There are problems of low pump efficiency and unstable operations of the artificial lifting in the SZ heavy oil area of Bohai Oilfield. Firstly, the performance of downhole oil and gas separator under different conditions is analyzed, especially for the applicability and necessity of the downhole separator under conditions of low gas-liquid ratio. Secondly, the feasibility of removing separator is demonstrated and compared in low gas-liquid ratio oil wells, and the working condition of separator cancellation are also determined. Good results have been achieved in practical application. The research results will play an important role in the optimization of artificial lifting for similar heavy oilfields.
