Study on Fracturing Influencing Factors and Technological Optimization of Shale Gas Wells with Complex Structures

在川东南地区页岩气储层压裂实践中发现,处于复杂构造环境的气井压裂施工难度大、改造效果不理想。为了分析认识复杂构造环境中影响压裂施工的原因,提高施工成功率和改造效果,利用压裂曲线、参数、产气剖面测试数据、微地震监测结果等资料,对影响压裂改造的因素和影响机理进行深入研究,并对工艺参数优化提出了针对性措施。现场应用取得较好效果,裂缝延伸均匀性明显增强,压后产量大幅提升。为同类型页岩气储层改造效果的提升做出了积极的尝试。
In the fracturing practice of shale gas reservoir in southeastern Sichuan, it is found that the fracturing operation of gas wells in complex tectonic zone is very difficult and the reconstruction effect is not ideal. In order to analyze and recognize the causes that affect fracturing operation in complex tectonic zone, and improve the success rate of construction and the effect of fracturing reconstruction, we use the data of fracturing curve, parameters, gas production profile test data and microseismic monitoring results to study the factors and influencing mechanism of affecting facturing reconstruction in depth, and put forward some pertinent measures for optimizing technological parameters. Good results have been achieved in field application, because the uniformity of fracture extension has been enhanced obviously, and the output has been greatly increased after pressing. It has made a positive attempt to improve the effect of shale gas reservoir reconstruction of the same type.
