摘要
为满足现场工程计算的准确性、及时性的要求,通过对已钻井起下钻、下套管(下尾管)等工况进行摩擦系数的反演,建立摩擦系数数据库,为摩擦系数的选取提供依据。通过对数据库数据进行分析,发现下套管及尾管等工况的摩擦系数变化规律。实际将A5H1井的下7 in尾管摩擦系数反演结果,应用于相同区块、井斜相似、相同钻井液体系的A7H3井,预测结果与实际拟合结果一致。摩擦系数数据库的建立,对提高现场工程计算准确性,具有重要意义。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of accuracy and timeliness of on-site engineering calculation, this paper establishes a friction factor database by inverting the friction factors of tripping in/out BHA and tripping in casing/liner,which can provide the basis for the selection of friction factor. By analyzing the data of the database,we found the changing law of the friction coefficient under the condition of tripping in casing and liner. In practical application, the inversion friction factor of the tripping in 7-in liner in A5H1 is applied to A7H3, which is in the same field with similar inclination and same drilling fluid system. The predicted results are in good agreement with the actual results. The establishment of the friction factor database is of great significance to improve the accuracy of on-site engineering calculations.
