目前海洋石油勘探开发投资小,探井和评价井数量很少,采用常规测试手段获取的储层资料不足以作为制定开发方案的依据。针对这一问题,进行了在海上油气井中应用测试生产一体化技术的研究,研究首先从获取足够储层资料出发,设计出对应的评价测试制度;其次考虑到测试工具入井时间长、风险大,设计出配套的测试管柱结构;最后为降低测试成本,设计出利用钻井平台进行长期评价测试的方案。应用表明,通过评价测试能认清气藏类型和储量规模、落实气藏动储量、评价详细产能变化规律;通过优化设计测试管柱结构能简化工具功能实现方式、降低测试风险、获取完整地层资料;通过创新海工能减少钻井平台资源和油气资源的浪费,降低安全环保隐患和作业成本。
At present, the investment in offshore oil exploration is small, resulting in a small number of exploration wells and evaluation wells. The reservoir data obtained by routine tests is not sufficient as the basis for formulating development plans. In response to this problem, the research on the integrated testing and production technology in offshore oil and gas wells was carried out. First of all, from the acquisition of sufficient reservoir data, a corresponding evaluation test system was designed. Secondly, taking into account the long time and high risk of the test tools in the well, the supporting test column structure was designed. Finally, in order to reduce the test cost, a scheme of long-term evaluation test by drilling platform was designed.The application shows that through the evaluation test, the type and reserve of gas reservoirs can be clearly identified, the amount of reserves of reservoirs can be determined, and the law of production can be evaluated. By optimizing the design of test string structure, the function realization of tool can be simplified and the test risk can be reduced. Through the innovation of offshore industry, the waste of drilling platform resources and oil/gas resources can be reduced, safety and environmental risks and operating costs also can be reduced.
