冷冻暂堵技术成功应用于高压气井,缩短了作业时间,减少了对产层的伤害,且作业成本较低,在油气田修井施工中具有极大的推广应用价值;带压开孔是是一种安全、环保、经济、高效的在役管线维抢修技术。“冷冻暂堵+带压开孔”也可用于井控应急作业中的压力隔离、带压维修等作业,此文分析了A井、B井两口井的工况,A井取得了积极效果。“带压钻孔+冷冻暂堵”作业对于隔离压力、完成对冷冻点以上部分设备进行更换或维护是安全、有效、经济的,后续若有类似作业可以考虑借鉴使用。
The freezing temporary plugging technology has been successfully applied to high pressure gas well, which shortens the operation time, reduces the damage to the production layer and the operating cost. It has great application value in the well repair construction of oil and gas field. Hot tapping is a safe, environmentally friendly, economical and efficient maintenance technology for pipeline in service. Hot tapping & freezing temporary plugging technology also can be used for pressure isolation, maintenance with pressure. This paper analyzes the working conditions of two wells in well A and B, and well A has achieved positive results. The operation of "pressure drilling + freezing temporary plugging" is safe, effective and economical for isolating the pressure, completing the replacement or maintenance of some equipment above the freezing point.The follow-up similar operations can be considered for reference.
