注水管柱失效分析及改进

针对吐哈某油田注水管柱失效问题,从井筒状况、管柱和工具设计、以及后期管理等方面,结合井例进行了分析。找出管柱失效的主要原因包括注水压力波动导致封隔器失效,反洗活塞关闭不严导致封隔器失效,管柱(油管)存在渗漏,作业质量等等。提高分注管柱的有效期应从加强注水日常管理等方面采取相对应的措施。分析结果及对应措施对该油田及同类注水井延长注水管柱有效期都有积极的指导意义。
Aiming at the failures of water injection string in Tuha Oilfield, the author analyzed systemically from shaft status, pipe string and tool design to the management in the later period. The main reasons for string failure included packer failure caused by pressure fluctuation of injection water or by piston dislocation while backwashing, leakage of tubing string, and quality of work, etc. Daily management of water injection should be strengthened to increase the duration of strings. The analysis results and measures proposed are of guidance to increase the duration of strings of water injection wells in Tuha and other oilfields with the similar situations.
