Study and Application of Technical Maturity of Marine Engineering Equipment Industry

海洋工程装备行业具有高技术、高投入、高产出、高附加值和高风险的特点,对国民经济带动作用大。此文以水下生产系统为例,阐述了行业制定相关技术成熟度标准的意义、优点与局限性,介绍了海洋工程装备行业技术成熟度的等级制定、标准规范,主要介绍了适用于海洋工程装备行业的API标准和DOD规范,并以水下生产系统为案例,了解介绍了集成成熟度和系统成熟度的概念,进行相关的计算和应用研究。技术成熟度的研究,有利于确定海洋工程装备行业中的关键技术是否达到应用标准,有利于规范装备的设计与制造。
The marine engineering equipment industry has the characteristics of high technology, high investment, high output, high added value and high risk, which has great driving effect on the national economy. In this paper, with the underwater production system as an example, the significance, advantages and limitations of establishing relevant technology maturity standards in the industry are discussed, and the marine engineering equipment industry technical maturity level specification and standard are introduced, mainly API standard and DOD standard, which are applicable to marine engineering equipment industry. With the water production as example, the concept of integrated maturity and the system maturity is introduced, and related calculation and application were conducted. The study of technology maturity is helpful for determining whether the key technologies in the marine engineering equipment industry meet the application standard, and is conducive to standardize the design and manufacture of equipment.
