摘要
蓬莱7-6构造位于渤东低凸起南段,紧邻渤东凹陷和渤中凹陷,该区块处于渤海边缘的走滑断层,地应力复杂,压扭异常易发生垮塌,这都严重影响了钻井作业时效和地质资料的录取。针对蓬莱7-6构造地层钻井作业难点,通过对井身结构进行了优选,并采用优化钻井液体系与性能等技术措施,最终在PL7-6-2井作业中取得了非常理想的效果,在本构造后续的评价井和开发井作业及其他不稳定地层中可以持续推广。
Abstract
Block 7-6 of Penglai is located in the southern part of Bodong low uplift structure, near the Bodong depression and Bozhong depression.The block is in the strike slip fault at the edge of Bohai, where the crustal stress was complex, abnormal pressure torsion prone to collapse, which affect the drilling time and acquisition of geological data. In view of the difficulty inwell drilling operation, wellbore structure was optimized, and drilling fluid system as well as performance was adjusted to meet the formation.Finally an ideal effect was achieved in drilling operationof Well PL7-6-2. This technique can be wildly used in the follow-up test wells and development wells in this block.
