摘要
孔雀亭B2H井在φ212.725 mm井眼钻井施工中因地层垮塌埋钻具造成了卡钻事故,在处理本次事故中,采用大吨位活动钻具、蹩扭下压、带压上提、机械震击等手段均未能解卡。现场结合钻具在井眼中状态、地层及套管承压能力,采用环空打压的方式,最终成功解卡。环空打压方式的使用,拓宽了卡钻事故处理方法,为后续同类型事故的处理积累了经验。
Abstract
Ground collapse caused the pipe-stuck accidents in φ212.725 mm hole of KQT-B2H. In this accidents, limited actived drill pipe, added torque, depressed, pulled drill pipe with pressure, hammer tool and so on, were used, but failed. Combined with the pipe, casing and ground, succed unfreezing through add pressure to annular. It widen the pipe-stuck treatment method and accumulated experience.
