Application of Jacket-installing Technology on the Undersea Wellhead Template

东海某区块油气田开发方案里,安装导管架需要对接水下井口基盘,增加了安装导管架的难度。导管架与水下井口基盘在设计、安装等方面符合规范的前提下,结合现场气候,流速等情况,实施导管架套水下井口基盘作业,降低安装风险,保证安装成功。论文介绍了导管架套水下井口基盘安装技术在东海某区块的成功应用实例,分析和总结了其成功经验,为今后类似的项目提供借鉴。
The jacket is required to dock to the subsea wellhead template in the development program of an oil-gas field in the X block of East China Sea, which increases the difficulty of jacket installing. On the premise of that the design and installation of jacket and subsea wellhead template conform to the relevant specification, together with the consideration of the climate and the flow velocity of seawater in site, the operation was performed, thus it reduced the risk of installation and ensured the success of installation. This paper introduces a successful example of the operation in X block of East China Sea, analyzes and summarizes the experience, and provides a reference to the similar program in the future.
