在海洋导管架上利用丛式井组开发海洋油气田时,隔水导管常以锤入方式下至泥面以下。在进行隔水导管作业过程中经常发生偏斜现象,严重时甚至与邻井隔水导管相碰,影响后续作业甚至会导致相应井槽报废。东海某平台井槽B10井在锤入φ609.6 mm隔水导管时与邻井隔水导管相碰,一开φ444.5 mm钻头钻至导管鞋处遇阻无法继续钻进。此文以该井为例介绍了隔水导管相碰后的钻井绕障技术。
When developing offshore field on an ocean jacket by utilizing cluster wells,conductors are often hammered into the sea bed.Deviation occurs frequently in the operation process of the conductors,some conductors even collide with nearby ones,which affect the sequential operation or even lead to the abandonment of the well slots.In the Platform of East China Sea,at wells slot B10 wells,when hammer into the 609.6 mm conductors,the φ609.6 mm conductor collided with conductor in an adjacent wells.The BHA got stuck,can not go on drilling when drill φ444.5 mm section to the conductor shoe.Taking the operation of this well as an example,the detour-drilling technique after the conductor collision is introduced in this paper.
