摘要
渤海是我国海上油气开发的重要海域,对电、热的需求迅速增加,而传统采用的燃油或燃气发电方式又受制于燃料供应问题,海上核电站是解决上述问题的有效措施。此文探讨了海上核电站方案比选的原则,针对渤海海域作业的平台载体开展初步比选。对人工岛、导管架平台、重力式平台、浮式平台、可移动式平台等载体型式进行了对比,推荐浮式和可移动式平台作为渤海海域海上核电平台的载体方案。
Abstract
Bohai bay is an important part of China offshore oil field development,with great increasing in the demand for power and heat.The offshore energy power generation mode,such as fuel and natural gas,can be constrained due to shortage of fuel.Building offshore nuclear power plant is an effective solution.The scheme comparing principles for offshore nuclear power plant is discussed.Comparisons and evaluations of different platform types have been made,including artificial island,jacket platform,gravity platform,floating platform,mobile platform.Finally,the floating platform and mobile platform are proposed to be used for building offshore nuclear power plant for Bohai bay.
