摘要
SHL维宁气田的大位移井采用超大位移定向井作业方式,设计井深在12 000 m左右,水平位移达11 000 m,水垂比接近4,作业难度大,对施工设计、设备、材料提出了极高的要求。此文主要从钻井井眼轨迹设计入手,着力对井眼轨迹组成的几个要素进行优化,分别从造斜点的选择、稳斜段井斜角的确定及造斜段设计方法的优选等三个方面,在满足有效开发储层的前提下,确定SHL大位移定向井井眼轨迹的最适合设计,以期降低作业期间的扭矩摩阻,减少施工难度。
Abstract
The trajectory design of ERD wells in Veni gas field of Sakhalin area belongs to extra-ERD well, with design well depth about 12 000 m, and the horizontal displacement up to 11 000 m. The operation is so difficult that high requirements for construction design, equipment and material have been proposed. In this paper, several main factors of the borehole trajectory have been optimized to design the drilling hole trajectory, including selection of the KOP, determination of sailangle and optimization of inclined section design methods. On the premise of satisfying the effective development of reservoir, the most suitable design of Sakhalin extra-ERD directional well trajectory has been determined in order to lower the torque and friction, and reduce the operation difficulty.
