摘要
固井质量的好坏是直接影响油气开发效果的主要因素。大位移(大斜度)井和水平井固井质量的评价更对测井带来了极大的挑战。平湖油气田ZX1井是东海第一口大位移井,最大井斜达77.8°,水平位移达5.4 km,由于爬行器受限,无法进行电缆固井质量测量。通过多方调研和技术可行性论证,在国内首次采用斯伦贝谢最新的随钻声波测井仪(SonicScope 475)对ZX1井进行了固井质量的测量和评价,取得了良好的应用效果。
Abstract
The cementing quality is the main factor which affects directly the effect of oil and gas development. The evaluation on cementing quality in extended reach well (high angle) and horizontal well has brought great challenges to well logging. The ZX1 well in Pinghu oil and gas feld is the frst ERW in East China Sea, with the maximum deviation of 77.8 degrees, and the horizontal displacement of 5.4 km. Due to the limitation of the crawler, wireline logging cannot be used to measure the cementing quality. Through investigations and technical feasibility demonstration, the latest acoustic LWDT of Schlumberger (SonicScope 475) has been used to measure and evaluate the cementing quality for ZX1 wells frstly in China, and good application results has been obtained.
