摘要
新型多脉冲射孔是一项新型的射孔技术,与APR测试器及水力泵测试工具联合作业,可实现一趟管串完成严重污染储层的射孔和测试。但多脉冲射孔燃烧产生瞬时压力、多级脉冲会引起测试管柱剧烈震动,影响封隔器和电子压力温度计的正常工作,为此开发了峰值压力控制阀、制作新型减震装置控制机械震动,并对火药用量进行了安全设计。通过在大港滩海和冀东南堡海上油田进行的3口井的测试使用,结果表明该技术安全可靠、效果良好,表征污染影响的表皮系数小于或接近于0,有效的解除了射孔压实和地层污染,取得了完整的测试资料。
Abstract
A combination of multi-pulse perforator, APR and hydraulic pump can fulfill the perforating and testing in the severely contaminated reservoir by one tool string. The instantaneous pressure produced by the combustion during multi-pulse perforating and multi-level pulse may result in the strenuous vibration of testing string, affect the function of packer and electronic pressure thermometer. A type of peak pressure controlling valve, a new type damping device for decreasing mechanical vibration are used, combined with the safety design of gunpowder amount. The test applications of three drilling wells in Dagang beach and Jidong Nanpu offshore oilfield show that this technology is safe and reliable, the skin factors that represent the contamination degree are less or close to zero. It also effectively eliminate or reduces the effect of pollution, and has a broad application prospect.
