海上高温高压气井的井控难度较大,通过对勘探三号半潜式钻井平台在南海莺歌海盆地施工的高温高压气井的介绍,阐述了海上高温高压气井的井控难点,总结了井控技术实践经验并指导钻井施工作业,安全顺利地完成了DF1-1-13井等30余口高温高压气井的施工作业,其井控技术措施,可供该区域及国内海洋高温高压井控借鉴。
It is rather difficult for the well control during drilling the offshore gas wells with HTHP (high temperature and high pressure). With the introduction of drilling operation by KANTAN 3, a semi-submersible drilling platform, which has performed the drilling of more than 30 gas wells with HTHP, including DF1-1-13, in Yinggehai Basin of South China Sea, this paper elaborates the difficulties in the well control of offshore gas wells with HTHP, summarizes the experience of the well control technology, which can be used as the reference to the future drilling operation in this basin and other areas with HTHP.
