氯化钾聚合醇钻井液在涠西区块定向井应用效果分析

针对涠西区块复杂井段钻井液的使用要求,基于涠西区块定向井钻井施工现象,对氯化钾聚合醇钻井液在该区域定向井应用效果进行了分析,结果表明:氯化钾聚合醇钻井液能够基本满足涠西区块定向井钻井施工要求,但没有彻底解决涠二段到流二段井壁垮塌问题,需要进一步对钻井液体系及性能进行优化,以便更好地解决复杂井段井壁垮塌问题,确保后续定向井及水平井钻井施工安全。
To meet the requirements for drilling fluid used in complex interval of Weixi block, based on drilling phenomenon of directional well, the application results of potassium chloride/polyglycol drilling fluid system is analyzed for directional well in Weixi block. The study results show that potassium chloride/polyglycol drilling fluid system can meet basically the requirements for drilling directional well in Weixi block. However, the wellbore collapse problem from Wei-2 to Liu-2 Members has not solved completely. Further study and optimization should been conducted to solve complex well borehole collapse problem, and ensure the subsequent operation safety of directional wells and horizontal wells.
