控压钻井技术在东海深部低渗地层中的应用

Application of Managed Pressure Drilling Technique in Deep Low Permeability Formation of East China Sea

随着东海深部地层勘探取得突破,石油钻探进入深部复杂地层。深部地层岩石强度大、可钻性差,深部地层机械钻速低,同时深部储层孔渗条件差,储层保护尤为重要。此文介绍了一种新的钻井方式即控压钻井,分析其工艺优势和控制操作原理,结合东海地质特征,优化钻井参数,对东海N构造M4、M5井进行实例应用分析,机械钻速有较大的提高,同时也较好保护油气层,效果明显,为深部地层安全高效钻井提供一条途径。
With the breakthrough of hydrocarbon exploration in the deep formations of the East China Sea, more and more drilling operations are targeting at the deep complex formations. Reservoir protection is especially important for the deep drilling due to the high rock strength, poor drillability, low ROP, poor porosity and permeability in reservoirs. This paper introduces MPD (Managed Pressure Drilling), a new kind of drilling technology, and analyses the technical advantages as well as the operation principles. In the drilling operation of Wells M4 and M5 located at Trap N of East China Sea, MPD were adopted and were successful, as demonstrated by significant increasing in the ROP and protecting oil and gas reservoir from formation damage. MPD provides a safe and efficient way for deep drilling in East China Sea.
