新型流体取样技术在高温高压低孔渗气田的应用

Application of New Fluid Sampling Technique to HTHP Low Porosity and Permeability Gas Field

引入目前最新型的速星(Saturn)流体泵抽取样技术,对其在南海东方区一口高温高压井中流度为0.24×10-3μm2/(mPa·s)的极低孔渗储层成功取样进行了案例分析,指出该技术对识别低孔渗地层流体性质及评价低孔渗油气藏有着重要意义。由于目前常规的流体取样设备难以实现,DST测试成本又太高,针对这种情况,可以采用速星(Saturn)泵抽流体取样技术,该技术对盘活低孔渗油气田,了解低孔渗储层物性及进行油气藏评价、储量估算有很重要的实际应用价值。特别是针对南海气田存在的很多低孔渗非烃储层(流度一般小于5×10-3μm2/(mPa·s)),流体识别尤其重要。
In this paper, the new Saturn fluid pumping and sampling technique is introduced, and analysis has been conducted on a successful fluid pumping and sampling case in a HPHT well drilled in ultra-low porosity and permeability formation (fluidity is 0.24×10-3μm2/(mPa·s) ) in Dongfang area of South China Sea. The analyzing results indicated that this technique is very significant for fluid property identification and reservoir evaluation in low porosity and permeability reservoirs. At present, it is not successful to use the common equipment for fluid sampling, and the cost is also high for DST test. In view of this condition, we use Saturn fluid pumping and sampling technique. This technique is very important for evaluation of the physical property and reserve calculation in low porosity and permeability reservoir, especially for identifying fluid in low porosity and permeability (fluidity is less than 5×10-3μm2/(mPa·s)) gas field in non-hydrocarbon reservoir in South China Sea.
