干树半潜采油平台近年来成为海洋工程领域的研究热点。此文以传统的四立柱四浮箱形式的半潜平台为研究对象。以南海为目标海域,针对干树采油要求进行平台主尺度选型设计,通过控制平台垂荡波频小峰和固有周期来控制平台的垂荡运动,在此基础上给出一组平台的主尺度数据,并对其进行稳性校核和运动分析。分析结果表明:该平台稳性满足规范相关要求,平台运动性能良好,满足干树采油要求。该平台的组块安装设计、系泊系统设计及系泊下的运动情况还需进一步的数值和模型试验研究。
Dry tree semi-submersible platform has become research focus in ocean engineering area in recent years. In this paper, the study is focus mainly on dry tree semi-submersible with four-column and four-pontoon used in South China Sea. Main dimensions design are carried out aiming at the requirements on dry tree production, and heave motion of the platform is controlled by controlling the heave wave frequency peak and heave natural cycle period. On the basis of this, the main dimensions of the platform are designed. In addition, with the dimension data, stability and motion of the platform are analyzed. The analyzing results show that the stability ability of designed dry tree platform could meet the codes requirements, and the motion performance is excellent, which can meet the requirements for the production with dry tree platform. Further study should be conducted through numerical simulation and model testing about topsides installation design, mooring system design and motion of this platform in the future.
