自升式钻井平台升船及悬臂梁作业能力是保证自升式钻井平台满足导管架平台生产井作业需求的基本条件。对自升式钻井平台升船能力、悬臂梁横向覆盖、纵向覆盖、承载载荷四个方面进行了研究,提出了一套自升式钻井平台升船及悬臂梁作业能力评价模型及方法,并探讨了评价方法在实际生产中的重要性。自升式钻井平台升船及悬臂梁作业能力评价模型及方法简单实用,经济效益显著。
The capability of raising platform and capability of cantilever beam operation is very important for self elevating platform,which is the basic conditions for gurrantee the production operation of jacket platform wells.Study has been conducted on the capability of raising platform,the longitudinal and transverse covering of cantilever beam,and the bearing load.A set of evaluation model and method have beeen put forward about capability of raising platform and capability of cantilever beam operation.The importance of evaluation method in practical production has been discussed in this paper.The evaluation model and method are simple and practical,with significant economic benefits.
