针对实际生产过程中砾石充填层会被地层砂侵入的问题,通过室内模拟实验,深入研究砾石充填层被地层砂侵入之后的渗透率变化。实验结果表明:砾石充填层的防砂效果与砾石和地层砂匹配程度有密切关系;砾石充填层渗透率与地层砂的粒度中值、不均匀系数、泥质含量和生产压差等因素有关,在其它影响因素不变的情况下,砾石层渗透率与地层砂粒度中值成正比,与不均匀系数、泥质含量和生产压差成反比。该研究为砾石充填井产能预测中砾石充填层渗透率的变化提供依据,对指导工程实践具有一定意义。
In view of invasion problem of gravel layer by formation sand in actual production process,through the indoor simulation experiment,further study has been conducted on permeability variation of gravel layer after invasion by formation sand.The experimental results show that sand control result of gravel layer is closely related with matching degree between gravel and formation sand.The permeability of gravel layer is related with formation median grain size,nonuniformity coefficient,shale content and drawdown pressure,under the case of other influence factor unchanged,gravel layer permeability is proportional to formation median grain size;is inversely proportional to shale content,nonuniformity coefficient and drawdown pressure.The study provides a basis for forecasting the productivity with the change of gravel layer permeability,which has certain significance for guiding engineering practice.
