室内研制了一种配制W/O型乳化压裂液所需的乳化剂,并讨论了乳化剂加量、油水比、搅拌强度对乳状液稳定性的影响,得到了不同温度(90℃、120℃和130℃)条件下油包水乳化压裂液配方,并对乳化压裂液配方进行耐温耐剪切性能、流变参数、滤失性能及地层伤害性进行了工程评价。实验证明该配方的流变性能满足压裂液对液体的要求,滤失量较小,针对南堡油田东一段储层岩心,与水基压裂液相比,可降低压裂液对地层的伤害率达20%以上。在130℃条件下,170 s-1的剪切速率下,剪切120min后,表观黏度为88mPa·s,可满足中、高温深井、水敏性储层压裂改造。
A kind of emulsifying agent has been developed in the lab for preparation of W/O type emulsive fracturing. The influence of the added amount of emulsifier, oil-water ratio and stirring intensity has been discussed. The formulation of W/O emulsive fracturing fluid under different temperature (90℃, 120℃ and 130℃) are gained. In addition, engineering evaluation has been conducted on formulation of emulsive fracturing fluid, mainly evaluation on rheological characteristics, filtration property and formation damage. It has been proved that the rheological characteristics of this formulation can satisfy the requirement for fracturing fluid. The filtration of fracturing fluid is low. Comparing with water base fracturing fluid, the reduction percentage of formation damage is 20% with core samples from Dong-1 Member of Nanbao Oilfield. The apparent viscosity is 88 mPa·s, when the fluid has sheared for 120 minutes at the shear rate of 170 s-1 on the temperature of 130℃. This kind of fracturing fluid can satisfy fracturing in the medium, high temperature and water-sensitive formation.
