针对油田注热水开发过程中,温度升高结垢现象加剧,导致常规的阻垢剂失效的情况,在室内通过自由基聚合方式,合成出了一种低成本耐高温四元共聚物阻垢体系.经红外光谱分析结果表明,该共聚物阻垢剂含有羧酸基、膦基和磺酸基等阻垢分散基团.室内试验表明:该阻垢剂质量浓度60 mg/L,在温度95 cC、12 h测试条件下,对碳酸钙和硫酸钙的阻垢率分别为96.74%和96.91%,对低渗、特低渗透油藏在热水驱过程中起到了良好的阻垢效果,具有较好的应用前景.
During hot water flooding development process,scale deposit phenomenon become serious with rising in temperature,traditional scale inhibitor is not efficient.Through radical polymerization in lab,a kind of low cost and high temperature tolerance quadripolymer scale inhibitor system has been developed.The analytical results of FTTR indicate that scale inhibitor polymer contains carboxyl,phosphonyl and sulphonate groups.The laboratory experiment results indicated that good scale inhibiting effect to CaCO_3and CaSO_4 have been obtained,and the scale inhibiting rate is 96.74%and 96.91%respectively in the test condition of 60 mg/L mass concentration,95℃ temperature and 12 h.This scale inhibitor has great application prospect in hot water flooding in low permeability and super low permeability reservoirs.
