摘要
磺化处理剂(磺甲基酚醛树脂、磺化褐煤等)的高温过度交联,是影响磺化钻井液,尤其是高密度饱和盐水磺化钻井液性能的一个重要因素。分析了磺化处理剂高温交联的机理及影响因素,通过磺化处理剂水溶液评价和钻井液评价实验,评选出了能有效抑制磺化处理剂交联反应的交联抑制剂,开发出了控制磺化处理剂交联程度的技术。实验结果表明,所开发出的两种磺化钻井液交联抑制剂,可有效抑制磺化处理剂的过度交联,显著改善磺化钻井液的高温稳定性。
Abstract
Sulfomethylated phenolic resin is the main agent in high temperature high density drilling fluid, when it was used in saline drilling fluid system, the excessive cross link of sulfomethylated phenolic resin increases the viscosity and shearing stress of the drill-ing fluids dramatically. Based on the analyzing results of the cross link mechanisms of sulfomethylated phenolic resin, two kinds of cross link inhibitors were developed. The cross link inhibitors can inhibit the excessive cross link of sulfomethylated phenolic resin, and can improve the high temperature properties of sulphonated drilling fluid.
